DJ Whitecoat has been DJing for 20 years, runs the Suntribe Terrace label, and has multiple releases coming out this summer. After years as an MC and being involved with the hip-hop scene, he heard UK Funky and never looked back. He’s pushed the sound ever since, in the UK and worldwide.

We chat about the impact of the internet on a music scene that is making a come back. We touch on the importance of DJ tracklists, why you should never give up on your old tunes, and how community and authenticity, not money, will grow a small scene.
