Tsunami Bass Sound System

Andrew and Zoe built up the Tsunami Bass sound system with time, sweat and tears. And then they went the extra step and opened a venue, a nearly impossible task in New York City. They perform and tour their own music, deal with insane neighbors, and plan to build their next sound system on a submarine. Or maybe a spaceship. They’ve featured local talent and the biggest names in bass – like Mala.

We talk about where the idea for Tsunami Bass came from, some of the hurdles they’ve had to overcome, and a few of the moments that have made it all worth it.
